  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the serial number of your Thermal Master device.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
